Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking an experienced Payment Services Administrator to support our finance operations across multiple entities. This is a transactional, detail‑focused role best suited to candidates with proven Accounts Payable or payment processing experience who are comfortable working within structured systems and approval frameworks.

You will be responsible for ensuring supplier invoices and payments are processed accurately and on time, in line with agreed terms, internal controls, and company policies—supporting our vision of helping people experience the world.

Key ResponsibilitiesInvoice Processing
  • Enter and code non‑BirchStreet supplier invoices, ensuring accuracy, correct approvals, purchase order attachment, and correct period posting
  • Review BirchStreet invoices entered via the online invoicing system prior to transmittal
  • Ensure all invoices meet documentation and compliance requirements
Payment Processing
  • Prepare and process daily payment runs in line with agreed schedules
  • Ensure appropriate sign‑off and approval authority is obtained prior to payment release
  • Transmit approved EFT payments via online banking platforms
Reconciliations & Accounting Support
  • Perform monthly supplier statement reconciliations
  • Review and process corporate credit card and employee expense claims
  • Prepare journals and correction entries in the general ledger as required
  • Maintain accurate supplier master data and orderly filing systems
Stakeholder Communication
  • Liaise professionally with suppliers and internal stakeholders to resolve invoice and payment queries
  • Communicate effectively with sales, administration, management, and finance teams
Compliance & Workplace Standards
  • Strictly adhere to accounting policies, internal controls, and procedures
  • Comply with all workplace health and safety requirements
  • Demonstrate company values including integrity, accountability, collaboration, and service excellence

Essential Criteria

This role is not suitable for entry‑level or graduate candidates.

You must have:

  • Minimum 1 year of hands‑on Accounts Payable or payment processing experience
  • Solid understanding of general accounting principles and AP procedures
  • Proven ability to meet daily, weekly, and monthly deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Confidence working within approval frameworks and compliance‑driven environments

Highly Regarded Experience

  • PeopleSoft Financials, Attache, or Sun Systems
  • Exposure to a multi‑currency environment
  • Experience using online banking and EFT platforms
