We are looking for a Payment Risk & Operations Specialist for Wingie Enuygun Group's growing Finance&Business Development department. With this position, you will have the chance to take part in the team that has developed one of the most successful internet businesses in Turkey.
Requirements
What Makes You Special?
- At least 2–3 years of experience in fraud operations, payment operations, or a combined role at a fintech, bank, or online travel platform
- Hands-on experience with Cybersource transaction monitoring, rule management, and decision flows
- Strong knowledge of payment systems: acquiring, POS reconciliation, chargeback mechanisms, and settlement flows
- Able to analyze suspicious transactions with precision while keeping the big picture in mind
- Comfortable working with data able to query, interpret dashboards, and challenge the story behind the numbers
- Proven ability to not just detect risks but develop preventive actions
- Experienced in managing chargebacks and disputes end-to-end
- Capable of balancing customer experience with risk management
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
- Familiarity with the travel or OTA industry is a plus
- Process-improvement mindset you don't just run operations, you make them better
What Will You Do?
- Analyze suspicious transactions and make fast, accurate decisions (approve / reject / escalate)
- Manage and optimize fraud detection rules and control mechanisms via Cybersource
- Own the full chargeback and dispute process from start to finish especially across high volume international operations
- Perform POS reconciliations and track down discrepancies across payment channels and acquiring partners
- Investigate commission, refund, and settlement issues identifying where payments stalled and why
- Monitor daily operations effectively: queue management, SLA adherence, and case handling
- Track fraud and payment metrics, generate insights, and translate data into decisions
- Identify process improvement and automation opportunities and bring concrete proposals to the table
- Contribute to the development of our internal payment platform from an operational perspective
- Work closely with Product, Data, and Finance teams to resolve systemic issues not just report them
