Responsibilities:
- Payment Reporting and Analysis Generating and analysing expecting funds reports from our payment service providers.
- Ensuring their data is accurate for effective payment reconciliations.
- Monitoring the fees we pay to our payment service providers to ensure that the correct rates are being applied.
- Review invoices to ensure the correct charges are being applied.
- Matching monthly balance statements to reconcile payments processed by multiple providers.
- Accurately generate regulatory reports on a daily basis.
- Conduct regular quality checks to ensure the accuracy of reporting data.
- Identify and rectify any issues.
- Support requests from internal teams for report generation and analysis.
Requirements:
- Previous experience generating reports and compiling presentations through powerpoint.
- Previous experience working in with a Fintech.
- Experience dealing with payment partners.
- Previous experience with analyzing data through excel.
- Attention to details and ability to multitask in essential.
- Business level proficiency in English or above (equivalent to B2 or above in CEFR).
