Job DescriptionWe’re looking for a Head of Global Processing to lead the engine room of our money movement!
As the Head of Global Processing, you will be responsible for the strategic direction of our global money movement guaranteeing the seamless flow of customer funds. You aren't just managing queues; you are building a world-class operational machine that offers a seamless customer experience 24/7.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Set the Global Strategy: Define and own the end-to-end operating model for Global Processing, ensuring our 24/7 coverage is resilient and scalable.
- Lead Senior Leaders: Manage and develop a team of senior leaders (L6s), fostering a culture of high accountability, rigour, and proactive problem-solving.
- Own Operational Discipline: Hold the line on SLA governance and KPI optimization, using data-driven insights to drive continuous improvement.
- Capacity & Resilience Planning: Oversee global workforce strategy and site capacity, ensuring we manage critical operational queues with precision, regardless of volume volatility.
- Proven Senior Leader: A proven senior leader with experience in leading and scaling multi-layered organizations across different geographies and time zones.
- Systems Thinker: You view the end-to-end movement of customer funds as a holistic, global ecosystem. You have a deep intuition for how 24/7 coverage, operational precision, and quality metrics interact to create a seamless flow.
- Data-Driven Strategist: You are comfortable using tools like Looker or Superset to turn complex metrics into actionable global roadmaps.
- Operational Rigour: You have a track record of bringing discipline to high-volume operations
- Exceptional Influencer: You can navigate a complex matrix and build trust with executive stakeholders to resolve cross-team challenges.

Employees engage in a combination of remote and on-site work.
We expect new joiners in the office most days to build connections and learn from colleagues for their first six months. After that, most Wisers split their working week between the office and home, typically coming in at least 12 times a month.
