The Crown Is Yours
As a Payment Operations Associate, you will play a key role in managing customer deposits, withdrawals, and chargebacks, while also addressing related inquiries with professionalism and care. Working within our Risk and Payment Operations team, you will collaborate closely with both customers and internal teams to help recover and maximize revenue, all while actively working to prevent future losses.
What you'll do as a Payment Risk Operations Associate
- Review player deposit, withdrawal, and gameplay activity for potential fraud to ensure merchant accounts are correctly maintained.
- Maintain knowledge of the upcoming industry and product risks, regulatory changes, emerging risks, and trends.
- Support the discovery, containment, and prevention of fraud and abuse groups.
- Assist customers with issues related to deposits and withdrawals.
- Act as a point of contact for Payment Service Provider (PSP) inquiries.
- Review daily chargeback notifications of incoming disputes from Payment Service Providers within our internal database.
- Work to mitigate financial losses by handling transaction disputes and recovering funds from disputed transactions.
What you'll bring
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in banking, business or finance.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in relevant fields.
- Knowledge of payment processing and chargebacks, ideally in an e-commerce environment.
- Data-driven, a strategic mindset, and strong attention to detail.
- Familiarity with Slack, Zendesk, and ServiceNow would be considered an advantage.
- Ability to work on holidays and weekends.
