Job Description
The Opportunity:
We, at Flywire, are seeking a Payment Operations Specialist, CMT Payouts to help:

  • Processing an increasing volume of payment transactions with a high level of attention to detail and understanding the importance of strong financial controls and safeguarding funds.
  • Ensuring all payments arrive to the designated account in a timely and accurate manner in the most effective and efficient way.
  • Monitor and improve Flywire's bank network performance by creating reports to track key metrics like FX conversion & completion rates and identifying/implementing improvements.
  • Assisting with various key cross-functional activities such as (but not limited to): handling client inquiries, analyzing opportunities to gain new clients/business and reporting progress to project stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders across various functions to drive expansion of payments objectives.


Qualifications
Here's What We Are Looking For:

  • 1+ years working experience
  • Keen interest working in Finance
  • Excel experience highly desirable
  • Ability to work independently and drive projects to completion
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills (internal and external)
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize various projects
  • Comfortable with Data and Analytics
  • Fluent in English
