Job Summary:
Quality Control analyst will validate the requests and maintenance performed coming from the Critical Entry, Payments and Interface Integrity teams regarding a client's bill. This position supports RAMP/SOX/RCSA testing, reporting and coordination across the global team. Operating domestically on the Corporate Analysis Product (CAP) system; internationally on the Treasury Service Billing (TSB) system for Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA) & Asia Pacific (APAC).
Job Responsibilities:

  • Learning the various systems used, processes performed, and reports completed by the Quality Control team.
  • Processing with accuracy, care and precision and aim for \"zero defects\" or no mistakes in work processed.
  • Escalating issues timely to management.
  • Maintain a strong risk/control orientation.
  • Validate (100%) all system maintenance done by the processors in the operating units (Critical Entry and Payments)..
    1. Correct interpretation of the requests.
    2. Completeness of the tasks
    3. All the necessary supporting documents are complete
  • Ensure that there is correct interpretation of the request by the processor.
  • If an error is found, write an error correction form and ensure that the correction is done accurately and within SLA.
  • Follow established scripts and protocols to resolve basic or repetitive issues within established guidelines.


Required Qualifications, Skills and Capabilities:

  • Strong analytical skills and is process oriented.
  • Ability to understand billing processes and associated details.
  • Ability to use mainframe and common PC based software packages including MS Access, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Bachelor's degree is required.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Able to operate independently, follow tight deadlines, organize and prioritize work.
