Get to Know the Role
We are looking for a Payment & Insurance Associate to enhance our business in Thailand to new heights. You are passionate about improving financial well-being for individuals and micro-entrepreneurs, though we welcome all who believe they have what it takes to make a difference. You will report to Head, Insurance, Leasing, and Payments, work onsite in Bangkok office.
The Critical Tasks You Will Perform
- Understand and serve the financial needs of our partners (driver/merchant) and users – bringing the best-in-class products and services through our digital platform.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders both locally and regionally to deliver our product/service to the market.
- Work with the regulators to ensure every product and services complies with the guidelines
Payment
- Collaborate with our banking and partners to capture business opportunities – conducting business negotiations and presentations with partners.
- Create commercial proposals to the business partners, identifying value propositions that lead to win-win results.
Insurance
- Design and implement the end-to-end insurance process.
- Initiate ideas for better product adoption rate – create product awareness and market fit.
Qualifications
What Essential Skills You Will Need
- Graduate in Business, Finance, Economic, or related fields.
- Minimum 1-3 years of working experience in financial products/services.
- Comfortable with numbers and analyzing data.
- Design effective presentation slides.
- Good command of written and spoken English/Thai.
