Responsibilities
- Department Leadership – Lead and manage multiple teams across Payin, Payout, Codashop, and Distribution, ensuring seamless integration and reliable operational delivery.
- Priority Setting & Resource Allocation – Define departmental priorities, allocate resources effectively, and ensure critical business functions are consistently supported.
- Strategic Translation – Convert company strategy into clear, actionable objectives for teams, ensuring alignment with broader organizational goals.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration – Partner with senior management and product leaders to align on roadmaps, product launches, and operational readiness.
- Stakeholder Representation – Act as the primary representative of the Payment Enablement function in strategic merchant discussions and technical planning sessions
- Incident & Escalation Management – Serve as the final point of escalation for high-impact technical integration challenges or operational incidents, driving swift resolution.
- Talent & Performance Management – Oversee recruitment, career development, and performance reviews, ensuring strong leadership pipelines and engaged teams.
- Succession & Capability Building – Build succession plans and develop technical leadership capabilities to strengthen long-term organizational resilience.
- Operational Excellence – Lead initiatives in automation, tooling, and workflow optimization to enhance scalability and efficiency of integration processes.
- Continuous Improvement – Track and improve performance metrics, ensuring delivery quality, operational efficiency, and high levels of partner and merchant satisfaction.
Requirements
- 5+ years in payment systems, integration leadership, or technical program management.
- Proven experience leading multi‑layered teams in a fast‑paced environment.
- Strong strategic planning, resource allocation, and budget management skills.
- Ability to influence across departments and work with senior stakeholders.
