The Payables Solution Advisor supports the commercial card and payables business by coordinating client enrollment packages, assisting sales and account management teams, supporting supplier enablement initiatives, and contributing to portfolio growth. This role partners closely with Relationship Managers, Treasury Management Officers, Card Sales Officers, clients, loan administration, and internal support teams to ensure enrollment, proposal, rebate, and documentation processes are accurate, efficient, compliant, and client focused.Client Coordination for Implementation:
- Work closely with Relationship Managers, Treasury Management Officers, Card Sales Officers, and clients to efficiently finalize enrollment packages for new commercial cards, move-up programs, and permanent credit increases.
- Collaborate with the loan administration team to streamline processes, reduce back-and-forth communication, and support timely completion of enrollment requirements.
- Adhere to established loan administration guidelines to ensure compliance, consistency, and operational efficiency.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the enrollment process by communicating clearly, following up proactively, and helping resolve outstanding items.
Support for Card Sales and Account Management Team:
- Support Card Sales Officers by preparing commercial card proposals, rebate agreements, and related client-facing documentation.
- Facilitate supplier enablement initiatives by completing required forms, coordinating vendor matches, and supporting campaign readiness.
- Follow established procedures when creating rebate agreements and proposals, including adherence to dual control protocols for accuracy, quality assurance, and risk mitigation.
- Accurately document activities, updates, and completed tasks in the CRM system to maintain clear records and support team visibility.
- Maintain a high level of accuracy during monthly certification of card sales folders to support audit readiness and minimize operational risk.
What you'll need:
- 3+ years of related experience in Financial Industry, Branch or Treasury Management Support, or similar field. May have completed a credit training program.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
- Entry level to intermediate knowledge of general banking operations, including deposit operations, loan administration, treasury management and/or other commercial banking products and services.
- Entry level to intermediate knowledge of applicable regulatory and legal compliance obligations, rules and regulations, industry standards and practices.
- Intermediate speaking and writing communication skills.
- Occasional travel required.
