Job DescriptionThe Opportunity:
We, at Flywire, are seeking a Payment Operations Specialist, Pay-ins.
- Ensure daily processing deliverables of the Americas are consistently met
- Deliver an exceptional service to all payers and beneficiaries
- Ensure all payment related enquiries are resolved meeting agreed SLAs
- Understand the importance of strong financial controls and implement processes that are efficient and compliant with our internal policies
- Use of data to measure team performance and facilitate the decision making process
Here’s What We’re Looking For:
- Deadline focused with strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail
- Fluent English, written and spoken, other languages are a plus
- Possess a willingness and eagerness to learn
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent analytical and computer skills including proficiency in Excel and other online tools (Google Apps, etc.)
- Passion for problem solving and helping customers
- Highly effective communication skills
- A positive, can-do attitude motivated to drive ongoing, continuous improvement
- 3+ years experience in payments industry, finance or banking operations
