Role Overview
Pay equity and transparency have moved from good practice to legal obligation, and our clients need a partner who can both analyse their pay gaps and rebuild the processes that correct them. You will cover both sides: PayAnalytics by beqom for pay equity analysis and remediation, and beqom PaySuite for the pay transparency capabilities above it.
You will be the consultant our French-speaking clients rely on. The work is demanding — several concurrent projects, and defensible views on sensitive pay findings for senior audiences.
What you'll be doing
- Act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of French and international clients.
- Advise on the EU Pay Transparency Directive and translate it into workable processes in the platform.
- Onboard and guide clients on best practice in PayAnalytics by beqom.
- Run and interpret pay gap analyses, presenting defensible insights to HR, Reward and executive stakeholders.
- Support clients in designing and tracking remediation plans.
- Guide workshops to map current compensation processes and design the target state.
- Configure PaySuite, and guide clients through testing, UAT and training.
- Shape the underlying HR data requirements across both products.
- Coordinate concurrent projects, managing scope, timelines and stakeholders.
Skills & Experience
What you'll bring
- Demonstrated mid-level experience in client-facing consulting or professional services.
- Fluent French and English. French fluency is essential for this role.
- Working knowledge of HR business processes and/or HR IT systems.
- Confidence turning data analysis into clear insight for a non-technical audience.
- Strong project management skills, and a clear position held with senior stakeholders.
Bonus points if you have
- Worked in pay equity, compensation and benefits, or reward.
- Familiarity with national pay reporting regimes such as the Index de l'égalité professionnelle.
- Experience with Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle Fusion and/or Salesforce.
