Job Title: Patron Services Senior Representative
Department: Patron Services
Reports to: Sr. Manager, Patron Services
Status: Part-time, non-exempt
Principal Responsibilities:
- Uphold and embody the Symphonys customer service mission to: create raving fans at every customer touch point through proactively offering superior service, personalized care and a positive experience that exceeds customer expectations.
- Process subscription, single ticket orders, and exchanges.
- Ensure completion of all transactions up to and including subscription sales, information screens, and mailing of tickets in an accurate manner.
- Engage successfully in cross-selling, up-selling, and donation asks.
- Assist Sr. Manager with creating a new V11 Tessitura training document.
- Assist Assistant Manager with training and testing new Patron Services employees.
- Promote and Track Patron Services Incentive contests.
- Concert duty as scheduled.
- Perform additional duties as required by the Houston Symphony.
Qualifications
- Experience in customer service and/or ticket office subscription sales techniques.
- Excellent communication skills.
- High School Diploma or equivalent, college degree preferred.
- Professional demeanor.
- Proficient in Microsoft.
- Strong initiative and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility and the ability to multi-task.
- Ability to work evening and weekends, including some holidays.
- Knowledge of and interest in classical music preferred.
