Community Alliance Church in Winter Springs, Florida, is prayerfully seeking its next Lead Pastor to shepherd a warm, caring congregation with a rich history of faithfully serving both the church and the surrounding community. This is a part-time position and candidates with bi-vocational or convocational ministry experience are preferred.

A cornerstone of its community outreach is the Community Alliance Preschool, which has been serving children from three months through VPK for over twenty years. This thriving ministry has provided families with exceptional care while creating meaningful opportunities to build lasting relationships within the community.
Located just 15 miles northeast of Orlando, Winter Springs is one of Central Florida's most desirable communities. The church is seeking a pastor who has a heart for shepherding God's people and a passion for helping the congregation embrace Christ's mission. The ideal candidate will inspire and equip the church to deepen discipleship, cultivate authentic relationships, build meaningful partnerships throughout the community, and reach the next generation of families with the gospel. This leader will value both pastoral care and missional outreach, helping Community Alliance Church grow in spiritual vitality and community impact.
