About the departmentThe Onboarding Management team ensures smooth implementation of new Franklin products by coordinating conversations and activities of internal partners and banks. We work collaboratively across departments, fostering strong relationships and driving innovation. Joining us offers exposure to diverse projects and opportunities to influence product success.
- You will ensure accurate set-up and timely launch of Franklin products.
- You will manage relationships with banks and internal stakeholders to align requirements.
- You will lead and support departmental projects, including innovation initiatives.
- You will identify objectives, resources, and barriers to deliver projects on time.
- You will build strong partnerships with senior internal teams and external bank representatives.

- Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
