Main Responsibilities
- Participates in cross-departmental projects for the parts portfolio to maintain alignment, obtain timely project information, and provide pricing insights for project decisions.
- Analyzes and recommends parts pricing to optimize profitability and competitive positioning for John Deere.
- Analyzes market information and competitors' parts pricing to ensure the company optimizes marketing and competitive positioning.
- Develops and recommends pricing strategies for new and existing parts to assist in meeting margin and profitability goals.
- Provides parts pricing data directly to or through third parties to customers and the distribution network, ensuring they have accurate, timely, and easily accessible information, thus facilitating an efficient and effective customer relationship.
- Research pricing-related issues arising from customers and John Deere employees to provide customer support, improve procedures, and maintain the integrity of information.

What Makes You Stand Out
- Knowledge or experience in the Agricultural, Construction, or Automotive market.
- Experience with after-sales, which may include operations, customer service, and distribution network.
- Experience with data extraction and analysis tools (Advanced Excel, Power BI, Tableau).
Education
- Completed degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Engineering, Agronomy, Computer Science.
