The Partnerships/Account Executive will work closely with the CEO and leadership team to help scale. This person will lead the growing Partnerships (GTM) team that focuses on bringing in new groups and supporting them as they scale.
What You’ll Own- Manage relationships with large enterprise clients (often founders of fast-growing startups)
- Guide clients through launching and scaling successfully
- Shape partnership terms (scope, pricing, timelines)
- Close deals efficiently by resolving concerns and ensuring seamless onboarding
- Maintain client satisfaction through regular touchpoints and support
- Lead with drive, grit, empathy, and high-velocity execution
- Own cross-functional projects that are leadership priorities
- Build/refine systems to boost GTM productivity and prepare for 10x growth
- Operational excellence: consistently high output
- Leadership: ability to inspire and attract top talent
- Detail orientation: strong track record of accuracy
