Provide oversight to delivery of key health partnerships including if required providing targeted partnerships delivery management.
Provide functional management of the health partnerships manager.
Build excellent senior relationships externally, both with partners and other charities, providing direction and managing escalations for delivery of health partnerships; this may include stewardship of key senior external stakeholders for a small number of partners.
Use effective communication skills and subject expertise to shape and deliver pitches with partners bringing our PIC work to life.
Accountable for robust tracking, measurement and impact reporting of core purpose PIC partnerships, reporting back to the business as required.
What skills are we looking for?
An excellent relationship manager with the capacity to build strong networks and drive collaborative ways of working within a complex organisation.
Experience in delivering mutually beneficial partnerships with tangible successes.
A strong communicator with ability to inspire and engage a range of stakeholders with ideas and information
Comfortable operating at a senior level and working collaboratively with senior stakeholders.
Ability to balance risks and opportunities and advise peers and senior stakeholders appropriately in decision making.
Able to think creatively and produce engaging content in order to develop new ideas and obtain buy in from a range of stakeholders.
Significant experience of influencing multiple stakeholders and communicating effectively and engagingly both internally and externally.
Sound understanding of the area of corporate partnerships and the needs of fundraising.
What will I gain?
Without you we wouldn’t be able to achieve our aim of seeing 3 in 4 people survive cancer by 2034. So, we want to reward you in as many ways as possible. Our benefits package includes discounts on anything from travel to technology, generous holiday allowance, gym membership, and much more. We want to ensure that you have the best work/life balance possible, so we actively encourage a flexible working culture for all of our roles wherever possible. Depending on your role, options for flexibility could include homeworking, reduced or flexi-hours, job shares, job splits, and core hours. For the majority of our office-based roles you’ll only be required to work from a specific location for 1 or 2 days a week on average. You’ll also be able to access a wide range of learning and development opportunities. And ultimately, you’ll know that you’ll be changing lives through your work.
If you’re as ambitious as we are, join our collective force and enjoy an excellent career, as we save lives and add years.
Together, we will beat cancer.
