About this Position
The Partnerships Sales Director will play a key role in finding, attracting, and engaging new customer leads through partnerships, referrals, events and network-building. This position involves being comfortable reaching out to a variety of people, aligning business objectives, and making ideas come to life out of nothing. Success in This Role Means:
- Generating 200 enterprise sales opportunities in 12Mo via partnerships, referrals, and events
- Effectively managing and complimenting a direct report or agency partner focused on high-volume business development outreach
Details:
- $140K-$160K (base plus bonus) + Full Benefits, 401K match, 14 days Vacation + 12/25-1/1
- Hybrid: 3 Days/Wk in Office, Located in Louisville, CO (between Boulder & Denver)
- Privately-owned Business in Mid-Growth Stage; Reports to Chief Growth Officer
- Up to 10% Travel
Key Responsibility:
Source, Develop and Manage High Value Partnerships resulting in Sales Opportunities
- Identify, prioritize, and cultivate high-value strategic sales partnerships that align with EcoEnclose’s business objectives, customer acquisition growth goals, and innovation strategy.
- Own and drive the full partnership lifecycle: from outreach and negotiation to execution and long-term relationship management.
- Lead the development and execution of joint go-to-market strategies with partners, including co-branded content, co-hosted events, and cross-promotional campaigns.
- Deliver partnership leads to EcoEnclose’s sales pipeline, ensuring smooth lead handoff, tracking, and conversion into revenue opportunities.
- Leverage existing professional networks within EcoEnclose staff and advisors.
- Measure performance against forecasts and continuously improve to hit goals.
Qualifications
- 2-5+ years of demonstrated success in sales, strategic partnerships, business development, or corporate alliances in a B2B environment.
- Results oriented with a proven sales track record and consistency in achieving and exceeding ambitious targets.
- Strong business acumen including an awareness of the motivations and objectives of enterprise customers.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze performance, track KPIs, and optimize ROI.
- Excellent relationship-building and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders.
- MBA Preferred
