ShipperHQ is headquartered in Austin, TX making a big impact in the e-commerce shipping space. Founded in 2009, we are a premier supplier of shipping software for e-commerce sites, selling to both SMB and Enterprise customers. We have 50+ team members spread across the globe with 30+ members based in Austin, Texas. We are seeking an ambitious and self-motivated individual with a positive attitude and a strong collaborative mindset.

What You'll Do:

As the Partnerships Operations Manager, you will lead and optimize our strategic partnership initiatives, ensuring seamless collaboration and maximizing mutual value. You will work cross-functionally with teams to align goals, facilitate communication, and ensure the successful implementation of partnership agreements. Your analytical skills will be crucial in evaluating performance metrics and identifying growth opportunities. This role requires a proactive leader with a strong ability to navigate complex negotiations, foster innovation, and drive business growth through strategic alliances.

Your Impact:

• Create and execute strategies to form and manage partnerships that align with the organization's goals.
• Research and identify potential partners to add value to the organization’s objectives.
• Establish and nurture relationships with partners to ensure ongoing collaboration and mutual benefit.
• Work with internal teams, such as marketing, sales, and product development, to support partnership initiatives.
• Track and evaluate the performance of partnerships to ensure they meet agreed-upon goals and objectives.
• Address any conflicts or issues within partnerships, working to find amicable solutions.
• Maintain clear and consistent communication with partners to ensure alignment and address concerns.
• Oversee the implementation and management of various partnership programs and initiatives.
• Use data and metrics to assess the success of partnerships and inform future strategies.
• Provide regular updates and reports on partnership status and performance to senior management.
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends and developments to identify new partnership opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.

Experience:

• 5+ years of experience in technical SaaS partnerships or channel sales, including at least 3 years specifically within the e-commerce ecosystem
• 5+ years of program management experience, successfully working with internal and external projects that include elements of customer experience and technical workstreams
• Proven responsibility for the technical integration and project management of external partners
• Excellent communication and presentation skills (written and verbal) to all levels of an organization

Tech-Savvy:

• Understanding of eCommerce & Shipping industry
• Experience implementing a PRM System
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to stakeholders

• High-energy self-starter with a can-do attitude, and ability to learn quickly and work in a fast-paced environment, while getting down in the weeds to get the job done

Logistics:

• This is a full-time position working out of our Austin, TX office 2 days a week
• Compensation is based on experience
