Who We Are

At iPiD, we're building trust in global payments. Our account verification solutions help financial institutions, payment service providers, and enterprises verify account ownership before payments are sent, reducing fraud, improving compliance, and helping money reach the right recipient with confidence.

Founded by industry veterans from organisations including SWIFT and Thomson Reuters, iPiD combines deep payments expertise with modern technology to help make global payments safer, simpler, and more reliable. As we continue to grow, we're looking for talented people who enjoy solving meaningful problems and want to make a visible impact in a fast-moving global fintech.

Role Overview:

As Partnerships & Network Manager, you will own the growth, performance, economics, and commercialisation of iPiD's global partner network. You will be responsible for expanding coverage, managing strategic partner relationships, improving validation success rates and network economics, identifying new regulatory and anti-fraud data sources, and driving partner implementations from onboarding through to production. Sitting within the Product team, this role is critical to ensuring iPiD continues to offer a broad, reliable, and commercially competitive global partner network.

Responsibilities:

  • Grow iPiD's global account validation coverage by identifying, negotiating, and onboarding new network partners, while building resilience through alternative and backup providers.
  • Own relationships with network partners, including commercial negotiations, performance management, ongoing reviews, and partnership development.
  • Optimise network economics through supplier negotiations, pricing reviews, and alternative sourcing strategies while maintaining quality and coverage.
  • Be accountable for network performance, availability, response quality, validation success rates, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Develop network-related sales enablement materials, coverage documentation, market insights, and competitive positioning to support commercial growth.
  • Monitor developments in account verification, fraud prevention, and payment regulations, identifying new regulatory and anti-fraud data sources that strengthen network capabilities.
  • Lead the end-to-end partner implementation lifecycle, from onboarding and integration through to production launch, working closely with Product, Engineering, and external partners

Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in partnerships, network management, product, payments, fintech, or related fields.
  • Strong commercial and relationship management skills.
  • Experience negotiating with external providers and managing partner performance.
  • Good understanding of payments, account verification, fraud prevention, or financial services ecosystems.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders across different regions.
  • Proven experience managing external partners or vendor relationships.
  • Experience working in a global and cross-functional environment.
  • Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to independently identify opportunities, drive initiatives, and deliver measurable outcomes.
  • Comfortable working with technical teams and managing implementation projects.
  • Must be legally authorised to work in the country of residence.

What We Do

We share a vision to make cross-border payments easy, secure, and seamless. We achieve this by partnering with financial services providers (banks, payment systems, payment fintechs, wallets…) to deliver an addressing data platform that helps the payment industry to provide a more efficient and user-friendly payment journey. iPiD is built for all – we do not replace banks, payment fintechs, wallets or remittance companies; nor do we replace existing payment rails. Contact our team to find out how our solutions can transform your cross-border payment experience.
