We are seeking a high-energy, detail-oriented Partnerships Marketing Associate to support our partnerships team.
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Partnership Marketing Associate to join our team. This role is pivotal in supporting our partner marketing efforts by ensuring accurate data management and assisting in the creation and distribution of marketing materials. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of administrative proficiency and creative flair, contributing to the seamless execution of partner campaigns and communications.
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Support:
-Maintain and update partner records, ensuring all contracts and agreements are accurately documented in internal systems.
-Support process of updating partner contracts as new terms and conditions are rolled out
-Assist in data cleanup and management within our CRM and marketing platforms.
-Coordinate with internal teams to ensure partner information is current and accessible.
-Provide administrative support to maintain and update Partner CRM platform
Marketing Support:
-Update and manage co-branded marketing materials, including logos and brand assets, to align with partner guidelines.
-Create and maintain landing pages tailored for specific partners, ensuring consistency with brand messaging.
-Draft, design, and distribute newsletters and email campaigns using HubSpot or similar marketing automation tools.
-Collaborate with the design and content teams to develop marketing collateral that supports partner initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in marketing, partnerships, or administrative roles.
- Proficiency in marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot) and CRM systems.
- Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with content management systems (e.g., WordPress) and basic HTML/CSS.
- Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
- Understanding of partnership marketing strategies and co-branding practices.
