We’re looking for a Partnerships Manager who can build the supply side of a next-generation rewards platform. This means sourcing, negotiating, and scaling partnerships across affiliate networks, card-linked offers, receipt upload providers, direct merchants, and ad networks.
This is not a narrow partnerships role. We’re a startup — you’ll be expected to hustle, wear multiple hats, and own the full lifecycle: prospecting, deal-making, onboarding, and optimization. You’ll bring both the operator mindset (roll up your sleeves, get it done) and the industry sophistication to navigate attribution mechanics and partner economics.
What You’ll DoSource & Build Supply
Prospect, pitch, and close partnerships with affiliate networks, card-linked platforms, receipt upload providers, publishers, and direct merchants.
Identify new categories of offers and under-leveraged verticals to grow breadth and depth of the marketplace.
Develop repeatable sourcing playbooks for retail, travel, grocery, lifestyle, and digital commerce.
Negotiate & Execute
Own commercial negotiations — ensuring strong economics for both partners and programs.
Structure deals across CPA, revenue share, and hybrid models.
Balance speed of execution with strategic partner value.
Integrate & Activate
Work closely with product/ops to ensure seamless onboarding and technical enablement of partners.
Validate attribution methods (affiliate links, card-linked tracking, receipt upload, direct reporting).
Troubleshoot and optimize partner performance.
Market Intelligence
Track how networks, ad platforms, and merchants source and scale offers.
Benchmark performance economics against the broader market.
Stay ahead of trends in loyalty, attribution, and payments.
Scale & Own Outcomes
Manage the end-to-end pipeline from outreach through activation.
Expand offer supply to fuel enterprise-scale rewards programs.
Be accountable for partner performance and growth targets.
Experience: 4–8 years in partnerships, business development, affiliate/ad networks, card-linked platforms, or performance marketing supply.
Deal Maker: Proven track record of sourcing and closing partnerships with merchants, publishers, or networks.
Technical Understanding: Comfort with attribution mechanics (affiliate, card-linked, receipt upload) and integration workflows.
Market Knowledge: Familiarity with retail, travel, finance, or digital commerce ecosystems — and how merchants think about customer acquisition and loyalty.
Operator Mindset: Startup-ready, self-starter, hands-on. You don’t just make intros; you push deals over the finish line.
Analytical: Data-driven with the ability to evaluate ROI, optimize supply mix, and double down on what works.
Relationship Builder: Skilled negotiator and trusted partner, able to create long-lasting commercial relationships.
You’ll be the one building the engine of partner supply that powers loyalty and rewards programs for millions of users. This is a chance to bring together the fragmented worlds of affiliate, card-linked, receipt upload, and ad network offers into a single scalable system. If you want to operate at the frontier of fintech, rewards, and partnerships — this is it.
