About the Role:

TodayTix Australia is seeking a Partnerships Manager to enhance and grow our current offering to partners across the Australian portfolio of partners. TodayTix, TTG’s consumer-facing business, continues to grow in strength across 5 Australian markets, offering members access to the best theater and live events across the country. We are seeking someone who is motivated by the live event industry with a sales and partner focused approach. The abilities to keep multiple plates spinning at once and know when to zoom in on a problem or zoom out to take the big picture into consideration are a must. Prior experience in live theatre in the Australian market at the commercial level would be highly desirable.

This new position will play a key role in maintaining existing client relationships as well as exploring new opportunities and strategies to grow the offerings to members and partners alike. Reporting to the Senior Director, Sales + Ticketing, the Partnership Manager will be the primary conduit between external stakeholders and the wider local and global TTG team, managing the productions wants and needs with internal capacities to ensure that campaigns are delivered to the desired schedule and opportunities to support various productions are leveraged to return the maximum results for the business and the partnering production or event.

The role will work alongside the Marketing, Setup and Programing teams with the primary responsibility of ensuring that everyone has the required information, in a timely manner from start to finish.

Please note: this is a full-time, remote role. Qualified candidates must be based in the greater Melbourne area.

What Success Looks Like:

  • Relationships mapped and initiated → within 90 days you understand the partner portfolio across all five markets and have a clear view of priorities and opportunities.

  • Pipeline building → new partnership opportunities identified and progressed across the TodayTix marketplace and Powered by TodayTix.

  • Campaigns delivered on time → productions onboarded and campaigns launched to schedule, with Marketing, Setup and Programming aligned and briefed.

  • Commercial contribution → measurable growth in partner revenue, GMV or conversion across the AUS portfolio.

  • Data-informed management → regular reporting using our AI and insights tools that demonstrably lifts partner conversion.

What You'll Do:

  • Maintain and establish relationships with thoughtful and regular contact with a focus on cementing TodayTix as a premium partner for live performance events across all markets TodayTix operates in Australia.

  • Manage inbound communication from productions to list content on the TodayTix platform, working with the Senior Director, Sales + Ticketing to determine the suitability and opportunity across a varied portfolio of partners.

  • Pursuing new partnerships and opportunities to grow the Australian business across the TodayTix marketplace and emerging distribution channels such as Powered by TodayTix.

  • Working closely with the marketing and partnerships team to develop sales strategies to achieve business goals.

  • Translate the goals of a production into actionable items for various team members across the organisation.

  • Ensuring that the deadlines are met and timelines are established internally and externally.

  • Understand consumer trends to advise and guide productions on how to get the best outcome for their show.

  • Manage agreements and contracting across a variety of different commercial structures.

  • In consultation with the global B2B team, utilising TTG technology, lead the development of the growth strategy for B2B distribution partners in the AUS market.

  • Work closely with the Ticketing Operations team to ensure sufficient inventory to facilitate all offers and promotional activity.

  • Utilise our AI data and insights tools, to regularly measure and report on partners to continually improve conversion.

  • Participate in industry events to help drive positive brand and market awareness to highlight TTG’s reputation as industry leaders.
