Avoca is transforming how home service companies engage with their customers. Our AI-powered conversational agents handle every high-value inbound call, from booking jobs, qualifying leads, and driving higher revenue, all at a speed and consistency unmatched by human call centers.
We're a Series B startup backed by Kleiner Perkins, Meritech Capital, General Catalyst, and other top-tier investors, with $125M raised and a $1B valuation. We grew 10x in 2025 and have scaled to 130+ employees in under two years across our NYC headquarters and Santa Barbara office.
In a $1T+ market where 85% of missed calls go to competitors, we're building the category-defining platform for AI-driven customer engagement, serving the largest brands in home services. With high-energy, in-office teams in both locations, every hire here has an immediate and visible impact.
About the RoleWe’re hiring a Partnerships Manager to help scale Avoca’s partnerships channel, currently our highest-revenue-generating growth channel, into a repeatable, measurable growth engine.
This role sits at the center of Partnerships, Sales, Marketing, and RevOps, and is responsible for independently owning partner programs, campaigns, and engagement across a portfolio of partners. You will take initiatives from idea to execution to measurement, ensuring partners are activated consistently and generating real pipeline and revenue.
You will work closely with partnerships leadership on prioritization and strategy, while maintaining full ownership of many partners relationships and initiatives. This is a high-autonomy role for someone who enjoys building structure, running programs end-to-end, and seeing direct revenue impact from their work.
You'll report directly to the Head of Partnerships and work closely with our CEO, who is personally invested in this channel and will be in the room with you.
What You'll DoIndependently own engagement and activation of a portfolio of partners, including regular cadence, referrals accountability, and performance tracking
Plan and execute partner-led campaigns and programs end-to-end, including webinars, co-branded initiatives, events, contests, newsletters, and other activation channels
Convert those warm intros into structured partnerships: sponsorships, endorsed-vendor status, member benefits, co-hosted events, and educational programming
Build and maintain partner enablement resources in collaboration with Marketing and Sales to ensure partners can effectively position Avoca
Partner with RevOps to track partner-sourced pipeline and revenue, and surface insights on campaign and partner performance
Support partner events and conferences through campaign planning, lead management, and follow-up, and selective on-site execution
Coordinate closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, and RevOps to support partner-led deals, campaigns, and integrations
Contribute to partner education, training sessions, and incentive programs that increase partner output and engagement
Represent Avoca in the room with established business owners, with regular travel to events and regional gatherings, heavier during event season
4-7 years in partnerships, channel, or business development, with a track record of building relationships into signed deals and revenue
Experience running a high-volume, repeatable relationship motion across many accounts at once, not just managing a handful
The presence and polish to be taken seriously by partnership organizations and established business owners on day one
A builder's mentality: you create the playbook, you don't wait for one, and you're energized by a blank page
Excellent communication and the kind of credibility that earns trust quickly in relationship-driven rooms
You're a closer and a builder, energized by opening a channel nobody else has cracked
You bring presence and credibility, and can hold a room of seasoned business owners
You're organized and high-throughput, able to keep dozens of relationships moving at once
You want to own a channel end to end, carry a number, and prove out a model the company can scale
You want to be in-office in NYC, surrounded by people who move fast and hold themselves to a high standard
Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance
Company-sponsored 401(k) through Vestwell
Flexible PTO plus U.S. federal holidays
