Job DescriptionAs the Partnerships Manager, you will play a critical role in helping us grow our Partner Ecosystem for the UKI region by adding value-add capabilities to the Experian blueprint while delivering amazing engagement experience to partners. You will be an important member of the ESS Partnerships Team who carries a passion to build and nurture win-win relationships with partners that propel innovation and business growth.
What you'll do:
- Scouting and Lead Generation: build and maintain a pipeline of qualified partner leads in UKI, leveraging internal referrals, understanding client demand and market trends, and pursuing outbound business development initiatives (e.g. attending trade shows, obtaining warm introductions)
- New Partner Onboarding & Launch: own the end-to-end journey to get a partner integrate and launch in the Ascend Fraud Platform, collaborating cross-functionally with ESS and regional Product, Legal, Compliance & Security, Finance, Engineering, Delivery, GTM and Sales teams to meet time-to-market metrics and deliver amazing engagement experience to partners
- Existing Partner Updates & Upgrades: own partner update and expansion initiatives, including keeping existing offerings update as well as adding new capabilities that triggers new commercial negotiations, amendment to contract, etc, in close collaboration cross-functionally with ESS and the regional teams
- Partner Sales Enablement & Support: partner with the regional GTM, Account Reps and Sales Engineers to sell partner offerings, including ensuring collaterals and trainings are up to date, providing subject matter expertise on client calls, and supporting RFI's/RFP's
- Partner Relationship Management: build strong relationship with your portfolio partners, be the main contact person for Experian, always listen to Voice of Partner, run Partner Business Reviews with regular cadence, and support joint initiatives such as attending partner-hosted event, running partner promotion initiative such us in-person partner forums, webinars
- Reporting & Communication: establish KPI's for your portfolio partners, collaborate with Finance and Billing to validate partner revenue recognition, provide regular reporting and insights, promptly remove obstacles and escalate with leadership at both Experian and partner organization
What you'll bring:
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in Business Development and/or Partners and Alliances Management with a high-growth SaaS company and within cybersecurity
- Domain Knowledge: familiarity with main partnership models (inbound and outbound) as well as commercial frameworks (re-sell, co-sell, …); experience in SaaS based partnering models
- Travel: willingness to travel at least 30%
