You: 

We’re seeking a dynamic and strategic Partnerships Manager to lead our regional partner ecosystem in LATAM, with a strong focus on Global System Integrators (GSIs), OEMs, Acquirers, Payment Processors, Hyperscalers, and potential Complementary Solution Partners. This role will drive partner strategy, revenue growth, and joint go-to-market execution across LATAM. 

You’ll be responsible for developing and scaling transformational partnerships that embed Feedzai’s solutions into digital transformation platforms, collaborating across sales, marketing, product, and customer success. 

Your Day to Day: 

Strategic Leadership & Partner Development

  • Execute a comprehensive partner strategy for LATAM aligned with global objectives.
  • Own sell-to, sell-with, and sell-through motions across GSIs, OEMs, Acquirers, Payment Processors, Hyperscalers, and ISVs.
  • Build and nurture executive-level relationships with strategic partners.
  • Lead partner recruitment, onboarding, and enablement programs tailored to regional needs.

Revenue & Growth Execution

  • Drive partner-influenced and partner-sourced revenue growth across key verticals.
  • Develop joint action plans with partners focused on pipeline generation and deal acceleration.
  • Expand existing alliances and activate new relationships to expand Feedzai’s footprint in LATAM. 

Operational Excellence

  • Manage partner governance, reporting, and performance metrics using BI tools and PRM systems.
  • Analyze partner KPIs including activation, contribution to pipeline, and partner NPS.
  • Support marketing initiatives including joint campaigns, webinars, and Feedzai’s executive summit.

You Have & You Know-how: 


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus. Or equivalent experience 
  • 5+ years of experience in partner management, business development, or a related role within the software industry.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful global partner strategies.
  • Experience working with diverse partner types, including System Integrators, Referral, OEMs, Resellers, and Technology.
  • Agile leader who is able to navigate in an entrepreneurial environment, and scale up fintech organisations 
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to think strategically and execute methodically.
  • Familiarity with AI, big data, and machine learning technologies.
  • Knowledge of the banking and financial institutions industry
  • Willingness to travel globally as needed.
  • Fluent in English
  • Spanish language skills preferred 

Your First 30-Days at Feedzai:

You will be immersed in our brand with training, connections, and one-on-one time with your manager. You may shadow your colleagues virtually or onsite at an office depending on where you work as you are supported through your Feedzai journey. In addition, you will have access to a ton of information to give you history, context, and all the knowledge you can handle about Feedzai and the team. Finally, you will start working on projects and collaborating on work currently being done. We can't wait to have you join the team!
