Overview:

We are seeking a Partnerships Manager (d/f/m) for our Berlin HQ. This role offers a unique opportunity to help scale our partnerships program to new heights, shaping how we collaborate with partners across EMEA. You’ll be responsible for driving the success of our consultant and advisory partner network in EMEA - from identifying and closing high-potential partners, to enabling and empowering them to consistently deliver value and refer Leapsome to their clients. Your work will require a strong mix of strategic thinking, operational excellence, and relationship leadership as you help expand Leapsome’s market footprint through trusted partnerships.

What is your job?

  • Own and execute the partner acquisition strategy: Identify, engage, and recruit new partners to accelerate our growth across EMEA

  • Enable and onboard partners, equipping them with the knowledge and tools to successfully refer clients to Leapsome

  • Drive strategic partner success: Nurture long-term, high-value relationships across the entire partner lifecycle, ensuring alignment on goals, shared success metrics, and consistent value creation

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to include partners in marketing initiatives, such as event speaking opportunities and expert contributions to content

  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure seamless handover and follow-up on sourced opportunities, driving successful outcomes

  • Continuously improve our partner program: Bring a strategic lens to how we scale, optimize, and differentiate our partner experience, informed by data and partner feedback

Who are we looking for?

  • You bring first-hand experience in Partner Management, Sales or Customer Success

  • You are fluent in German and English

  • You are a relationship-builder and excel at creating and maintaining meaningful connections with diverse stakeholders

  • Your communication and presentation skills are top-notch

  • You possess excellent organizational and project management skills, allowing you to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines seamlessly

  • Experience in HR tech would make you stand out even more
