We’re hiring a Content Marketing Manager to work across all content teams and platform leads to help our content perform better, convert better, and evolve faster.

You will work cross-functionally with writers, editors, producers, growth marketers, designers, and platform leads to develop stronger ideas, sharper hooks, better campaigns, and content that actually drives business results. 

You are not just managing a calendar. 

You are helping shape the ideas, positioning, distribution, and conversion strategy behind the content itself.

What You’ll DoWork Across All Content Teams
  • Collaborate with platform leads across:
    • Instagram
    • TikTok
    • YouTube
    • X
    • LinkedIn
    • Podcast
    • Newsletter
  • Help improve content strategy, packaging, positioning, and campaign execution
  • Act as a connective layer between content, growth, and marketing teams
Help Content Convert
  • Identify how content can better drive:
    • Leads
    • Sales
    • Event registrations
    • Newsletter signups
    • Membership applications
    • Brand authority
  • Improve hooks, CTAs, story flow, proof, retention, and positioning
  • Think beyond views and focus on business outcomes
Develop New Ideas & Campaigns
  • Brainstorm high-performing concepts, series, launches, partnerships, and campaigns
  • Bring fresh ideas based on:
    • Trends
    • Audience behavior
    • Platform shifts
    • Cultural moments
    • Competitive research
  • Help turn founder insights into scalable content frameworks and repeatable series
Improve Cross-Team Execution
  • Help organize launch calendars, campaign coordination, and distribution plans
  • Ensure teams are aligned on messaging, goals, and priorities
  • Create tighter feedback loops between content performance and future strategy
Use Data + Instinct
  • Review analytics and identify patterns across platforms
  • Understand what content converts versus what only gets attention
  • Balance creativity with performance marketing thinking

Location

Full-time, in-office role at our Austin, Texas headquarters. Applicants must reside within a 1-hour drive of Austin or be willing to relocate.

Skills Required

  • 5-7 years experience in brand partnerships, ad agency account direction, brand management, or content ops at a creator-led media company
  • Proven track record closing or managing brand deals, preferably category partnerships
  • Fluency with AI tools as a thinking multiplier
  • Comfortable inside data, such as Google Analytics and HubSpot
  • Clear, concise writing skills
  • Strong relationship-building and diplomatic skills
