About the Role:
As Partnerships Lead, you will be responsible for identifying, structuring, and managing high-impact partnerships that accelerate Hebbia’s growth. You’ll play a key role in shaping Hebbia’s ecosystem—working with top consulting firms, data providers, technology platforms, and strategic enterprise clients.
This is a highly cross-functional role that touches product, sales, marketing, and customer success. You'll be instrumental in bringing AI-powered workflows to life across a variety of industries.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and prioritize potential partners aligned with Hebbia’s strategic goals.
- Own the full partnership lifecycle: sourcing, pitching, structuring, negotiating, launching, and managing ongoing relationships.
- Collaborate closely with Product and GTM teams to design partnership models that drive value for customers and differentiate Hebbia.
- Develop co-selling, co-marketing, and integration strategies with partners.
- Build scalable processes to evaluate partnership ROI and performance.
- Serve as the external face of Hebbia in key partnership conversations and events.
Qualifications:
- 6+ years of experience in partnerships, business development or similar roles.
- Proven track record of building and scaling successful partnerships (bonus: in SaaS, AI, or enterprise tech).
- Strong understanding of enterprise go-to-market motions and how partnerships accelerate them.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to thrive in ambiguity and roll up your sleeves to execute.
- Bonus: experience in consulting, AI, disruptive tech.
Compensation:
The base salary range for this position is set between $170,000-$200,000. However, adjustments outside of this range may be considered for candidates whose qualifications significantly differ from those outlined in the job description. Other benefits below.
