Who We're Looking For - The Dream Maker

As the Director of Partnerships - Payments at Chargeflow, you will architect and lead our strategic ecosystem partnerships across the fintech and payments landscape. This role is pivotal to building scalable growth motions via alliances with PSPs, orchestration platforms, fraud prevention vendors, and eCommerce ecosystems. We’re looking for a senior partnerships leader with a strong fintech network, a deep understanding of payments technology, and a proven track record of building high-leverage strategic relationships.

Your Arena:

  • Lead Partnership Strategy - Build and execute Chargeflow’s partnerships roadmap across the payments and fraud ecosystem.
  • Identify & Activate Partners - Target and engage strategic partners including PSPs, fraud vendors, and eComm platforms to co-create value.
  • Structure & Negotiate Deals - Own partner negotiations including commercial agreements, integrations, and co-marketing plans.
  • Cross-Functional Activation - Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Marketing teams to turn partnerships into revenue and adoption.
  • Ecosystem Engagement - Represent Chargeflow in the payments ecosystem, speaking at events, and driving visibility through co-branded initiatives.
  • Partner Performance & Growth - Measure and optimize the impact of partnerships across sales influence, integration success, and brand reach.
  • Build the Function - Scale the partnerships team over time, bringing in key hires and building internal processes.

Requirements

What It Takes:

  • Deep Fintech Experience - 5+ years in fintech, ideally within payments, selling to PSPs or payments-related platforms- Must.
  • Partnerships Leadership - 2–5 years of experience building and scaling partnerships functions, with a strong strategic and commercial lens.
  • Network in Payments - A strong, warm network across PSPs, orchestration layers, and fintech platforms.
  • Proven Deal-Making - Strong track record negotiating complex deals (rev share, integrations, co-selling) and driving measurable outcomes.
  • Technical Fluency - Familiarity with payment tech, APIs, and platform integration models.
  • Go-To-Market Insight - Ability to tie partnerships to broader company growth initiatives and product-market fit.
  • Strong Relationship Skills - Executive-level communication skills and ability to build lasting trust with partners and internal teams.
