  • Prepare commercial business cases, pricing recommendations and competitor analysis for new tour proposals.
  • Coordinate cross functional teams to deliver successful product launches and operational readiness.
  • Monitor portfolio performance and identify opportunities to improve revenue, margin, fill rates and repeat departures.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with talent representatives, suppliers and internal stakeholders.
  • Identify new destinations, concepts and partnership opportunities to expand the portfolio.
  • Represent Luxury Escapes at industry events, partner meetings and research trips, with domestic and international travel as required.

Qualifications

What we are looking for:

  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to assess partnership opportunities, optimise performance and balance revenue, margin and long term portfolio growth.
  • Demonstrated experience building and managing partnerships with talent, agencies, suppliers and other commercial stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to collaborate across cross functional teams to develop and launch commercially successful touring products.
  • At least 3 years' experience designing and developing tour itineraries that deliver strong customer and commercial outcomes.
  • Experience contracting with Destination Management Companies (DMCs), including commercial negotiation and supplier management.
  • Experience within the travel industry, with exposure to luxury touring highly regarded.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence, align and coordinate internal and external partners.
  • Excellent programme and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple partnerships, projects and competing priorities simultaneously.
  • Outstanding communication and negotiation skills, with confidence engaging senior stakeholders, talent, agencies and commercial partners.
  • Highly organised and detail oriented, with the ability to deliver complex commercial initiatives accurately and on schedule.
