Role
We are seeking a Global Partnership and Activation Manager, on a 12month contract basis in our US office, who will support and report directly to the Senior Partnerships Manager. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast paced team in a quickly growing organisation.
Key aspects include leading on outreach for new and potential partnerships, implementing our quick-win smaller partnership strategy and being a key support on larger partnerships, as well as supporting on global and local community activations and leading on client relations management such as onboarding contracting and payments.
Responsibilities:

Partnerships:

Identifying and researching external prospective partnership and activations opportunities and providing business recommendations

Leading on reactive proposals and owning the pipeline of inbound partnership and activation opportunities to support the wider roadmap of larger campaign

Scoping and defining prospective brand partnerships and integrating internal work-streams and channels
-
Gathering in-app data, product insights, marketing roadmaps to support partnerships and activations plans.

Owning marketing seller database, staying up to date with our community in US & UK and outreaching for partnership opportunities

Project management
-
End to end project management on small partnership opportunities driven through Depop social and PR channel integration.

Owning project documentation and reporting post-campaign

Lead on Smaller local activations and be the team point of contact on global activations

Lead on compiling together learnings and results with summary documents and keeping project decks up to date

Relationship management
-
Assisting with email communication and relationship management with external partners and tracking and acknowledging incoming requests

Drafting correspondence and presentations related to partnerships and activations

Skills

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are crucial

Ability to work collaboratively with peers and virtual teams

Strong networking skills for external relationships and confident in handling stakeholder relationships

Strategic and creative problem solver

A strong understanding and interest in culture, fashion and entertainment with a good knowledge of brands, events and influencers

Experience in project management and event production.
