We are seeking board-certified or board-eligible Radiologists to join our collaborative, forward-thinking team. This is a shareholder-track opportunity with a clearly defined one-year path to partnership and a supportive infrastructure built for physician success.
Skagit Radiology, Inc. / North Star Radiology was established in 1972 and provides specialized diagnostic and interventional radiology services across northwest Washington State, Alaska, and the Olympic Peninsula. Our fiercely independent, physician-owned practice is built for long-term clinical excellence and stability, with deep roots in the community and strong hospital and clinic partnerships.
Due to continual growth, we are seeking fellowship-trained radiologists in any subspecialty to join our expanding team. Positions are up to 80% subspecialized, with the remainder covering general radiology for call purposes.
The ideal candidate will:
- Be able to interpret general radiology exams for call coverage
- Perform basic procedures including thoracentesis, paracentesis, lumbar punctures, arthrograms, and biopsies
- Demonstrate strong interpersonal and collaborative skills
On-site training is available if necessary. Fellows and R-4 residents are encouraged to apply.
- Fast Partnership Track: 1-year path to full partnership
- Strong First-Year Compensation: $475,000 base salary; partners earn up to $1.3 million per year

Skagit Radiology, Inc, PS is a physician-led partnership of board-certified, fellowship-trained radiologists providing high-quality diagnostic and interventional radiology services across northwest Washington State and Alaska since 1972. They offer subspecialty expertise in neuroradiology, musculoskeletal imaging, and breast imaging, supporting hospitals and imaging centers through a teleradiology network to ensure accurate and timely clinical interpretations for improved patient care.
