Performs CT and X‑ray imaging and interventional procedures, provides patient care and education, ensures radiation safety, documents studies into PACS, maintains equipment, and follows site protocols and radiologist guidance.

Lead enterprise-wide quality assurance and patient safety for a radiology practice, design and monitor QA programs, measure and report performance, ensure regulatory compliance (ACR, CMS), collaborate with hospitals and IT, benchmark against standards, and provide limited clinical services (~20-25% time).

Under radiologist supervision, perform advanced diagnostic and interventional imaging procedures, assist with biopsies and sedation, document patient history and imaging findings, communicate results to physicians, and complete required medical records and discharge summaries following protocols.

Lead finance, accounting, revenue cycle, and physician compensation across multiple entities. Oversee budgeting, financial reporting, cash controls, capital strategy, mergers/joint ventures, and compliance. Partner with executive team, HR, and RCM to optimize financial performance and present results to physician partners.
