Job Title: Partnership Tax Senior Manager
Job Location: Dallas, TX (Preferred) / Houston, TX / Austin, TX
Onsite/Hybrid: Hybrid (Minimum 3 days onsite/client site)

Required Skills:
• Strong experience in partnership taxation, including Subchapter K and IRC 704(b)
• Proven expertise in preparing and reviewing partnership tax returns (K-1s, joint ventures, non-corporate entities)
• Hands-on experience with tax compliance, consulting, and planning strategies
• Solid understanding of US GAAP and tax accounting principles
• Experience managing multiple client engagements and leading project execution
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Excellent client-facing, communication, and relationship management skills
• Proven leadership experience in mentoring and developing teams
• Ability to manage deadlines, budgets, and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment

Preferred or Nice-to-have Skills:
• Experience with partnership structuring, entity formation, and M&A transactions
• Prior experience in Big 4 or Top 15 public accounting firms
• Experience handling clients with revenues ranging from $50M to $1B
• Strong business development and client acquisition experience
• Industry exposure across sectors such as Technology, Financial Services, Manufacturing, Retail, Hospitality, etc.

Mandatory Requirements:
• Active CPA (Texas license or ability to obtain reciprocity)
• Minimum 10+ years of progressive tax compliance and/or consulting experience
• Prior experience in public accounting or a mix of public accounting and industry
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting.
