What We Need
Corpay is currently looking to hire a Partnership Sales Manager within our Private Markets line of business located in London, UK. In this role, you will be responsible for growing Alpha's alternative banking solution across key UK & European jurisdictions, building strategic relationships with a variety of stakeholders, and driving new business growth through a full-cycle sales approach. You will report directly to the Head of Alternative Banking Sales and regularly collaborate with colleagues across Sales, Institutional, Relationship Management and Product teams.

Role Responsibilities
The responsibilities of the role will include:
- Building and developing relationships with institutional clients and industry stakeholders through a full sales-cycle approach.
- Identifying, developing and converting new business opportunities.
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders across the Institutional division to deliver client solutions and achieve commercial objectives.
- Expanding knowledge of the alternative investment, funds and banking landscape to remain ahead of market developments.
- Developing market expertise and establishing thought leadership within a designated sector or geography.
- Managing sales activity pipelines and maintaining accurate forecasting and reporting.
- Representing Alpha and Corpay at client meetings, industry events and networking opportunities.
Qualifications & Skills
- Previous experience in business development, partnerships, sales or relationship management.
- Experience within alternative investments, funds, banking, financial services or a related sector preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to build and manage relationships with multiple stakeholder groups.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Self-starter mentality with the ability to work independently and proactively.
- Strong organisational and prioritisation skills.
- Ability to receive, apply and act upon feedback constructively.
- Collaborative team player with high emotional intelligence.
- Bachelor's degree preferred but not essential.
- Experience managing full-cycle sales processes preferred.
