The Role
The role is an integral part of the SEEK business with multiple stakeholders and requires collaborations with Country and Regional Team. You will report to JSE ID National Sales Manager and work closely with various collaborators including but not limited to Sales Team, Indonesia Management Team, Business Analyst Team and Regional Sales / Operation / Growth / Pricing Team.
Strong numeric, self-drive, accountability, problem solving, presentation, communication and interpersonal skills with business / commercial understanding.
Job Description
- Collect, analyse and generate insight from various sources of sales data using various tools (Salesforce, Periscope and Microsoft Excel, etc).
- Connect with various stakeholders to collect data and to present data, insight and recommendation using Microsoft Power Point and data tools itself.
- Leadership for self and others with assertiveness to deliver own and company objectives and key results while ensuring positive relationship with SEEK team.
- Ensuring that all project / initiatives are delivered on time, within scope and within budget.
- Have high sense of ownership to drive and to empower both internal and external stakeholders in planning as well as performing project / initiatives
- Support Sales Management on administration and office management matters.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business / economic / science / engineering from leading universities.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in project management or business development / partnerships roles, preferably in a digital, e-commerce capacity.
- Experience in leading companies, data analysis or data sciences would be an advantage.
- Advance Microsoft Excel and Power Point skills.
- Proficient in English and Bahasa Indonesia both written and verbal
