About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Partnership Manager to join our team and play a key role in enhancing the success of our marketplace product through high-impact partnerships. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the intake and onboarding of partners into our marketplace, negotiating referral-based partnership agreements, and coordinating technical conversations between our partners and internal product teams.
You’ll serve as a point of contact for external partners while ensuring alignment with internal stakeholders, helping shape the ecosystem around our marketplace product. This is a high-impact role ideal for someone who is experienced in partnership management, thrives in a cross-functional environment, and is comfortable discussing both business and technical concepts.
Key Responsibilities
- Marketplace Partner Intake & Management
- Manage the intake process for new marketplace partner applicants, from initial inquiry to onboarding and activation, offering all opportunities for partnership.
- Evaluate potential partners based on business fit, product alignment, and integration feasibility in alignment with business goals.
- Support the partner lifecycle from outreach and onboarding to performance tracking and relationship growth.
- Referral Partnership Negotiation
- Lead discussions and negotiations for referral agreements and performance-based partnerships.
- Draft and coordinate partnership terms, collaborating with legal and business stakeholders as needed.
- Track and report on referral performance metrics and partner ROI.
- Technical Integration Coordination
- Act as the liaison between external partners and internal product/engineering teams to scope and coordinate technical integrations.
- Facilitate discussions around APIs, data-sharing needs, and integration timelines.
- Ensure smooth hand off from business development to technical implementation, maintaining visibility into partner readiness and internal resource needs.
Who You Are
- 3–5+ years of experience in external partnership management or project management
- Proven ability to manage partner pipelines and build long-term, high-value relationships.
- Skilled negotiator with experience structuring referral or revenue-sharing agreements.
- Strong communicator comfortable working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple moving parts across teams and timelines.
- Experienced in Salesforce and/or Atlassian products.
- Experience in the gaming industry required.
