Nift is disrupting performance marketing, delivering millions of new customers to brands every month. We’re actively looking for an Operations Coordinator to join our Partnerships team.

Our mission is to reshape how people discover and try new brands by introducing them to new products and services through thoughtful "thank-you" gifts. This customer-first approach ensures businesses acquire new customers efficiently while making customers feel valued and rewarded. We are a well-managed, data-driven, cash-flow-positive company that has experienced 100% YoY growth for three consecutive years. Now, we’re scaling to become one of the largest sources for new customer acquisition worldwide. Backed by investors who supported Fitbit, Warby Parker, and Twitter, we are poised for exponential growth and ready to demonstrate impact on a global scale.

The Role:

In this role, you will play a crucial part by building, scaling, enhancing and maintaining campaigns while driving the growth of our partner ecosystem directly impacting the growth in our 40M+ user base. The Nift Partner network includes the likes of Tinder, Afterpay, Parkmobile, Meetup and more.

As a member of the Partnerships team, you will be responsible for coordinating client assets, establishing and monitoring campaigns, and communicating with both external and internal stakeholders regarding campaign performance. This role requires strong attention to detail and an excellent analytical thinker who can translate data into strategic recommendations, driving continuous improvement in our partners' scalability efforts. You are thorough, thoughtful, curious, and energetic. While you can follow prescribed processes, you also think creatively about improving workflows and making data-backed recommendations. The successful candidate will be highly data-driven, possess a solid work ethic, and demonstrate exceptional analytical skills.

 What you will do:

  • Prepare onboarding presentations for kick-off calls with prospective partners
  • Assist in onboarding partners in the Nift ecosystem by collecting campaign assets, building campaign ID codes, and reviewing/approving campaign proofs
  • Monitor campaigns post-launch performance to identify any directional anomalies, troubleshoot issues, and optimize performance where advantageous to overall output
  • Evaluate reported findings from campaigns to flag key health & risk indicators to stakeholders
  • Generate monthly performance data and populate performance decks
  • Maintain diligent performance tracking by querying the database to monitor live campaign performance, call out meaningful trends, and proactively alert internal parties when necessary. Prioritize these insights and help to communicate with partners when unexpected declines or divergent behavior is observed
  • Catalog performance results (& corresponding creative elements) to support future campaign strategies and A/B testing

What you need

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • 2-4 years of relevant work experience in a related field
  • Exceptional attention to detail, (e.g., spotting small differences between images)
  • Proficient Google Slides/PowerPoint and Google Sheets/Excel skills; comfortable working with numbers and datasets
  • Grit and determination: able to persevere through challenges
  • Coachable: you seek/value feedback and act upon it, follows through on instructions
  • Strong analytical skills: able to recognize patterns in data, identify outliers, investigate anomalies, and form narratives from observations to offer informed opinions.
  • Excellent intra- and inter-team communication; able to see the “big picture” and prioritize tasks/projects effectively (based on impact, timeliness, etc.)
  • Self-motivated: excellent organizational skills, can prioritize, work independently, and remotely
  • Ownership Mindset: Proactive and self-driven with a strong sense of initiative, consistently taking responsibility, and exceeds expectations
  • A natural curiosity, always seeking to learn and understand more, highly engaged
  • Comfortable sharing opinions, making observations, and moving quickly.

What you get:

  • Flexible remote work
  • Unlimited Responsible PTO
  • Competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits (401K, Medical/Dental/Vision)
  • Great opportunity to join a growing, cash-flow-positive company while having a direct impact on Nift's revenue, growth, scale, and future success
