Meet the Team: 

The Partner Management team at Torc is responsible for shaping the future of our engineering organization through strategic external partnerships. We evaluate and manage key technology partnerships to deliver maximum value through deep technical insight, analytics, and high cross-functional collaboration.

What you'll do: 

  • Serve as the primary relationship manager for assigned partners, ensuring consistent communication and alignment of goals.
  • Maintain accurate records of partner activities, data, and agreements in CRM or partner management systems.
  • Develop and maintain partner account plans, including objectives, KPIs, and success metrics.
  • Drive execution of joint initiatives, tracking progress, resolving issues, and ensuring timely delivery of commitments.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, product, finance, operations) to align partner needs with Torc’s business strategy.
  • Prepare and deliver partner reviews, status updates, and executive briefings.
  • Identify risks and opportunities within partner engagements and propose actionable solutions.
  • Renew and support contracts, agreements, and partner incentives.
  • Monitor market and competitive landscape to anticipate partner needs and industry trends.

What you’ll need to Succeed: 

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Engineering, or related field plus demonstrates competences and proficiencies typically acquired through 0-3+ years of experience.
  • Experience with Data Analysis using data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Python, Excel VBA)
  • Knowledge of AWS
  • Knowledge of Purchase Orders/Requests
  • Relationship building and management
  • Negotiation / Conflict resolution
  • KPI development/performance management
  • Business / Financial acumen
  • Communication: Simplifying complex ideas, problems or solutions

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several geographic markets. Pay is based on a number of factors and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Torc's total compensation package will also include our corporate bonus and stock option plan. Dependent on the position offered, sign-on payments, relocation, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits. 

US Pay Range 

$70,100 - $84,100 USD
