Support integration of hardware, embedded systems, and autonomy software by building and maintaining HIL and validation environments, performing bring-up, integration testing, troubleshooting, automation scripting, and log analysis to improve reliability and deployment workflows.

Design, build, and maintain HiL test benches and automated test frameworks to validate autonomous driving software. Define and execute system-level test strategies and V&V aligned with safety standards (ISO 26262), integrate hardware and software components, analyze results, debug system issues, and collaborate cross-functionally to support perception, sensor fusion, and vehicle control validation.

Develop, test, and deploy production localization and ego-motion software for autonomous trucks using modern C++ and Python. Implement and validate state estimation and sensor fusion algorithms, analyze vehicle data, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate perception, planning, and control components for reliable real-world performance.

Serve as a strategic HR partner to leaders, advising on talent management, performance, org design, employee relations, investigations, succession planning, compensation, change management, and HR analytics to align people strategies with business goals.
