The goal of the Partnership Manager, APAC Sub Region is to enable and grow the Payoneer partnership ecosystem to fuel growth through expanding Channel Partners & Affiliates to deliver Partnership-led revenues & scalable ideal customer acquisition for Payoneer in the South East Asia region. The Partnerships Manager is responsible for the entire lifecycle of Partners from Acquisition through to enablement, and growth to scale new customer acquisition through partner & deliver on revenues from payment volumes & usage.

This position will report into the Head of Partnerships & Enterprise Sales, APAC. The role will work with partners to drive the regional Go-To-Market strategies in close alignment with commercial functions to deliver sustainable revenue growth and acquisition. A strong hunter mindset with tenacity in driving an efficient referral partnership model will be critical to success of delivering on revenue targets and goals.

What you’ll be spending your time on:

  • Own and deliver Acquisition & Growth of Referral & Channel Partnerships to meet & exceed defined Revenue & Acquisition Targets within managed region of South East Asia
  • Continuously hunt, onboarding, and ramp new and existing partners to scalable referral of new customers.
  • Own, build, and manage partner opportunity pipeline through hunting, deep data analysis, from deal creation through to deal closure, to account management and growth
  • Drive Partner Performance Management through periodic business performance measurement, analysis of large sets of data against KPIs, SLAs, and strategic data points
  • Plan & deliver measurable & impactful customer acquisition activities & events with cross-functional teams, represent Payoneer to drive awareness & new user acquisition and engagement through campaigns, events, and other co-marketing initiatives.

What we’re looking for:

  • 3+ years of experience in one or more of the following areas: revenue quota carrying direct sales experience and/or indirect channels partnerships management, business development, in the Payments, Financial, Technology, eCommerce, or other strongly relevant verticals.
  • Experience working across global virtual teams across functions and geographies.
  • Fluent in English + one South East Asian native language, with outstanding communication and presentation skills with a high degree of comfort in creating and delivering Presentations at the Mid-Senior level internally, to Customers & Partner Organizations.
  • Demonstrated experience with CRM, BI, technology platforms and solutions with a reasonable level of technical proficiency.
