Partnership Lead

Location: Remote — Chile

Work Arrangement: This is a fully remote (telecommute) position.

About the Role

We're looking for a strategic and relationship-driven Partnership Lead to build and expand a high-impact ecosystem of technology partners, system integrators, and commercial alliances.

In this role, you'll be responsible for identifying new partnership opportunities, negotiating strategic agreements, managing partner relationships, and developing joint go-to-market initiatives that generate measurable business growth. You'll serve as the primary point of contact for strategic partners while collaborating closely with internal teams to maximize the value of every alliance.

What You'll DoPartnership Strategy

• Identify and develop strategic partnerships that strengthen the company's technology ecosystem.

Partner Relationship Management

• Own the complete partner lifecycle, including prospecting, negotiations, onboarding, implementation, and ongoing relationship management.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for strategic partners.

• Maintain strong relationships through proactive communication and regular business reviews.

Business Development

• Develop joint go-to-market initiatives with strategic partners.

• Collaborate with internal sales, marketing, and product teams to generate new business opportunities.

• Identify opportunities to expand existing partnerships and increase revenue.

Performance & Collaboration

• Track partnership performance and key success metrics.

• Provide recommendations to improve partner engagement and business results.

• Collaborate across departments to ensure successful execution of partnership initiatives.
