This is not a traditional project management role. We’re looking for someone who enjoys being in front of customers, building executive relationships, identifying business opportunities, and representing innovative enterprise software solutions in a consultative and professional manner.
You’ll work closely with technology partners, enterprise customers, system integrators, and internal leadership to support business growth, develop strategic alliances, and help organizations accelerate their digital transformation through cutting-edge SaaS technology.

- Develop and strengthen relationships with strategic partners, technology providers, system integrators, consulting firms, and key business stakeholders.

- Serve as a trusted advisor for strategic customers and partners.
- Manage relationships throughout the entire lifecycle, from initial engagement through long-term collaboration.
- Conduct business reviews and maintain proactive communication with executive stakeholders.
- Ensure partners and customers receive an outstanding experience throughout every interaction.
- Work closely with Sales, Product, Marketing, Customer Success, and Leadership teams.
- Share customer and market insights that contribute to product innovation and business strategy.
- Coordinate initiatives that strengthen partner engagement and customer success.
- Help drive alignment across internal teams to ensure successful execution of strategic initiatives.
- 3+ years of experience in Business Development, Strategic Partnerships, Customer Success, Account Management, Channel Partnerships, Alliances, Solution Consulting, or similar client-facing roles.
- Experience working within Enterprise SaaS, Enterprise Software, Cloud Solutions, Digital Transformation, B2B Technology, or similar technology-driven environments.
- Strong understanding of enterprise software and SaaS business models.
- Comfortable discussing enterprise technology solutions, software implementations, integrations, APIs, automation, AI-driven solutions, and digital transformation initiatives with both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Outstanding communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Naturally charismatic with exceptional relationship-building abilities.
- Strong commercial acumen and the ability to identify business growth opportunities.
- Highly proactive with a strong bias toward execution and ownership.
- Comfortable working independently while collaborating across multiple international teams.

- Experience working with enterprise customers and executive stakeholders.
- Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar.
- Understanding of enterprise technologies such as APIs, workflow automation, BPM platforms, AI-powered solutions, or cloud-based software ecosystems.
