The Role
The Bazaarvoice Partnership Team is looking for a Partner Integration Engineer to play a critical role in supporting and expanding our partner ecosystem and driving value for clients through integrations. This individual will be responsible for all phases of the partners’ integration including planning, design, implementation, configuration, data transformation, and training for internal and external teams. This is an exciting opportunity to provide value to Bazaarvoice clients by expanding and strengthening our integrations with partner platforms.
What You Will Do
- Enable the delivery of content, such as ratings & reviews, questions & answers, and photos, from Bazaarvoice products and partners to the Bazaarvoice platform.
- Troubleshoot partner and client issues, and consult on the best path to resolution.
- Work independently and collaboratively with internal teams (Client Success, Product, Engineering, etc.), clients, and partners to resolve issues and concerns, as well as improve process and functionality.
- Explain technical concepts (limitations, requirements, functionality) to a wide range of audiences (technical and nontechnical, internal and external teams).
- Demonstrate detailed technical knowledge of our products and partnerships and how our clients are utilizing them in their day-to-day.
Who You Are
- 2+ years working experience with Web 2.0 technologies (even better if this experience was in an ecommerce environment). This includes past experience with coding or scripting for websites or web components using APIs, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, SQL, XML, etc. using common programming and software development concepts.
- Strong technical troubleshooting skills using industry-accepted best-practices and tools
- Prior experience in a customer-facing technology role consulting on integration best practices and feature improvements
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- High attention to detail
- A high sense of urgency with an understanding around delivering the highest amount of value in the least amount of time

- Demonstrated experience in taking consultative approach to understand client objectives and working with clients to guide them towards an implementation that meets established objectives
- Experience guiding SaaS clients or partners through implementation/onboarding
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple ongoing projects at a time while maintaining high quality results.
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent and/or Coding School Certification
