As we
continue to expand, we are seeking a driven and strategic Partnership Executive (Sponsorships) to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain
and manage the full sponsorship asset tracker, ensuring all contractual rights
are monitored and delivered
- Track
usage of sponsorship assets and flag any gaps, delays, or risks in a timely
manner
- Coordinate
tickets, hospitality, and logistics related to partnership activations and
events
- Support
player, legend, and partner-related logistics, scheduling, and coordination
- Manage
the submission of materials for partner approvals, ensuring timelines are met
and requirements are followed
- Coordinate
with internal teams (content, ORM, performance, events, design) to support
smooth and timely execution
- Support
day-to-day operational communication with partners where required
- Assist
in reporting and documentation of partnership activities, ensuring accurate
tracking of delivery
Requirements
- Bachelor’s
degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
- 2–4
years of experience in brand partnerships, sponsorships, or sports marketing
- Strong
organisational and coordination skills, with high attention to detail
- Ability
to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and stakeholders simultaneously
- Strong
written and verbal communication skills in English
- Proactive
and solution-oriented mindset
- Ability
to operate effectively in fast-paced and time-sensitive environments
Nice to have:
- Experience
working in financial services or other regulated industries
- Familiarity
with project management tools (e.g. Jira or similar)
