What you'll be doing:
- Lead strategic partnership initiatives and ongoing relationship management of your portfolio of partners, which may include sourcing new partners, negotiating and executing contracts.
- Drive Strategic Enablement and Sales Initiatives with our partners and internal sales leadership and define processes for securing new clients through the partnerships
- Build relationships with key leaders across sales, marketing, and account management to ensure the successful execution of initiatives.
- Co-develop strategic initiatives with our partners including sales training, joint-press campaigns, case studies, webinars, and other efforts.
- Analyze and review performance of existing partners, including financial analysis and contribute to ABR/QBR sessions to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
- Represent Sword at industry conferences, partner conferences, and sales kick-offs meetings, advocating for the brand and strengthening relationships.
What you need to have:
- Experience and Background:
- 6+ years of experience in strategic partnerships, sales, business development, or sales strategy
- Experience working with healthcare partners such as specialty providers, digital health companies, telemedicine platforms and/or medical practices.
- Demonstrated understanding of the digital health ecosystem and ability to identify strategic partnerships opportunities with non-traditional healthcare entities.
- Healthcare Industry Knowledge:
- Knowledge of healthcare referral networks, care pathways and integration of digital solutions with traditional care delivery models
- Understanding of complex healthcare stakeholder environments and experience building consensus among clinical and business decision makers
- Strategic and Execution Skills:
- Ability to develop and execute go-to-market strategies specific to healthcare partners that drive mutual value and revenue growth.
- A proven track record to collaborate cross-functionally and forge strong relationships with business partners at all levels of the organization, both internally and externally
- Communication & Interpersonal Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills, with an ability to professionally interact with diverse blend personalities while maintaining strong relationships
- Personal Attributes:
- Quick learner and self-starter; you thrive in a hyper-growth environment where you often face ambiguity and change
- Genuine interest in the healthcare industry and the challenges of industry transformation
What we would love to see:
- Prior experience selling digital health to healthcare providers, health systems and specialty care organizations.
- Understanding the healthcare reimbursement models and value-based care.
- Familiarity with healthcare regulations that may impact partnership structures and revenue models.
