As a Partnership Development Manager, you will help make that access possible.You’ll build meaningful relationships with healthcare providers, community organizations, referral partners, and other local stakeholders. Your work will help connect individuals with opioid use disorder to treatment, support, and the opportunity to build healthier lives.This is a relationship-driven role for someone who is energized by purpose, comfortable initiating conversations, and motivated by measurable community impact.

This role is fully remote, within the state of New Hampshire with infrequent travel required.

Salary range: $70,000-$80,000/ year + 20% Variable Performance Bonus

Responsibilities

What you’ll doAs the face of Groups Recover Together in your market, you will:

  • Build and strengthen referral partnerships with healthcare providers, behavioral health organizations, hospitals, community agencies, and other local partners.
  • Share our mission and care model in a clear, credible, and compassionate way.
  • Identify opportunities to expand awareness of our services and improve access to treatment.
  • Develop a strategic outreach plan for your market, including relationship goals, territory priorities, and activity tracking.
  • Represent Groups Recover Together at community events, meetings, and partnership conversations.
  • Maintain an active, organized pipeline of prospective and established referral relationships.
  • Collaborate closely with clinic, operations, and clinical teams to ensure partners understand how to connect people to care.
  • Monitor referral trends, market feedback, and local needs—and use those insights to strengthen outreach efforts.
  • Meet outreach, relationship-development, and growth goals while always keeping patient access and community trust at the center of the work.

  • Excellent communication skills and confidence presenting in one-on-one and group settings.
  • A proactive, organized approach to territory planning, pipeline management, and achieving goals.
  • Comfort working independently while collaborating closely with a remote and cross-functional team.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience required.
  • Five or more years of experience in healthcare business development, partnerships, outreach, account management, healthcare operations, or related experience.
  • Demonstrated success developing new business relationships while maintaining long-term strategic partnerships.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to independently manage a territory and competing priorities.
  • Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce or Zoho.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
  • Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and willingness to travel throughout the assigned territory.
  • Access to reliable internet and telephone services, specifically 50M download and 10M upload package or higher as well as a strong WiFi signal from your remote work location.
  • Must meet pre-employment requirements and maintain all applicable state and job-related guidelines for background screening.  Depending on state-specific requirements, this may include fingerprinting, drug testing, health screening, CPR/Basic First Aid and license/credential verifications.
