We’re now looking for a results-driven Partnership & Channel Sales Manager to build, own and scale our global partner ecosystem, turning it into one of our most strategic growth engines.

- Growth & Retention Role: Drive renewals, upsells, and cross-sells to expand our footprint within existing accounts.

- International Reach: Manage relationships across diverse regions and industries.
- Channel Strategy: Design and execute Sanction Scanner’s global partnership and channel strategy across relevant parties.
- Partner Acquisition & Activation: Identify, sign and onboard high-leverage partners in priority markets; define qualification criteria, partner tiers and the ICP for each partner type.
- Revenue Ownership: Own partner-sourced and partner-influenced revenue across co-sell, resell and referral motions. Set targets, track performance and intervene when partners underdeliver.
- Partner Program Build-out: Build the partner program from the ground up, playbooks, enablement materials, deal registration and incentive structures.
- Relationship Management: Build trusted relationships with senior executives at partner organizations through regular QBRs, in-person visits and joint go-to-market planning.
- Cross-Functional Partnership: Work closely with Sales (deal handoff and co-sell motions), Marketing (joint campaigns, ABM, events), Product (partner-driven roadmap input) and Customer Success (post-sale partner engagement).
- Strategic Initiatives: Represent Sanction Scanner at industry events, RegTech ecosystem conferences and partner summits. Act as the senior point of contact for strategic partnership opportunities.
- Commercial Performance: Monitor channel performance against targets and take corrective action to ensure revenue and growth goals are met. Maintain pipeline discipline in HubSpot.
- Team Building: As the channel matures, hire and lead a partnerships team , Partner Managers, Partner Operations and Channel SDRs.
Requirements🎓 What We’re Looking For
- Experience: 6+ years of B2B SaaS experience, with at least 2 years owning partnerships, channel sales or alliances at a SaaS/tech company.
- Proven Success: Track record in building and scaling partner programs from early stage to repeatable revenue.
- Relationship Builder: Skilled in trust-based stakeholder engagement.
- Language Skills: Excellent written and spoken English; additional languages are a plus.
- Negotiation Skills: Comfort selling and negotiating with senior executives at both partners and their end customers.
- Hands-on Builder Mindset: Equally comfortable designing the partner program and personally closing partner deals.
- Existing Network: Across SIs, banking/fintech ecosystem partners or compliance consultancies is a major plus.
- CRM Proficiency: Experience with HubSpot or similar platforms.
